NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
IPR Recruitment through GATE 2019 - IPR (Institute for Plasma Research) will soon release notification and application form for hiring candidates through GATE 2019. IPR hires Technical Trainees from the fields of Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
The candidates who have passed B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or have completed M.Sc. in Physics are eligible to apply for the post offered. The candidates have to fill an online application for IPR recruitment through GATE 2019. The salary offered to the recruited candidates ranges between INR 15600- INR 39100.

Institute for Plasma Research or IPR is a Research and Development organization which works autonomously.It is under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.It is situated in Gujarat, India.This institute works in the theoretical and experimental studies of plasma sciences.
IPR has not released any specific vacancy for the post offered. However, the candidates are selected from Mechanical and Electrical streams.
The chosen applicants will be required to carry out a service agreement bond of Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. 20,000/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories and PwDs) to serve the company for at least 3 years after completing the training successfully.
The candidates who get selected for the technical trainee posts are given a stipend of Rs.25000 monthly and a one-time book allowance of Rs. 22000. Once the training is successfully completed by the candidates, they are appointed as Scientists or Engineers at IPR with a basic pay of Rs. 21000 in the Pay Band–3 (i.e. 15600-39100) and Grade Pay of`5400/-(Gross Pay 48930/-p.m.).
Once the candidate has successfully completed the training program, they will be required to execute a bond for Rs. 2.05 lakhs and the candidate will have to serve the IPR for a duration of minimum 2 years under this bond.
The organization has published the notification for vacancies and recruitment process for this year. Candidates can apply online till May 27, 2019 (tentative). However, in order to be eligible to apply for the post, one has to clear the GATE. The GATE score is valid for three years.

Applicants working in Central/ State Government Units/ PSUs/Government Aided Institutions may apply with due permission from their respective competent authorities.Such candidates if called for personal interview are required to submit No Objection Certificate at the time of personal interview.
The fee is paid through online payment methods through Internet Banking of State Bank of India or through Credit or Debit Card.The print out of the receipt of the payment must be enclosed with the application form while sending it as a proof of payment.
The candidate must be Graduate Engineers or M.Sc Physics to apply for the post of Technical Trainees. The detailed eligibility is as follows
Those having M.Sc.(by research), M.Tech or Ph.D are not eligible.
The post is eligible to candidates only with Indian nationality.
The reserved category candidates have a benefit in the upper limit of age. The general category candidates must not be older than 26 years while the other category candidates, for example of SC/ST/OBC/PHP get an age relaxation which is according to the rules set by the Government of India.
Within about two-three weeks of the declaration of the list of shortlisted candidates for interview, the candidates are called for personal interview. The selected candidates after the preparation of the merit list are shortlisted for personal interview.
The list of candidates selected for the personal interview shall be uploaded on the website. The final selection of the candidates is on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the personal interview subject to medical fitness.
The candidates who have cleared their GATE in the year 2019 are eligible for the post. The scores of GATE 2018 or any previous year shall not be considered by the organization. The candidates are selected on the basis of the GATE score and a merit list is prepared.
