The syllabus for GATE 2020 is similar to the graduation level curriculum for each respective discipline. Only the general aptitude and verbal ability part (15%) is common to all the paper under GATE 2020. For the General aptitude section following books can be referred:

Candidates preparing for GATE 2020 must note the eligibility criteria for the same. This would help the candidates to determine their suitability before making an application for the exam. Candidates not satisfying the eligibility criteria would be disqualified from the exam during any subsequent stage. GATE 2020 result would be declared in the month of March 2020. Candidates would be able to download their results from the official website as soon as they are made public.

The counseling process for GATE 2020 is expected to start in the month of April 2020. Candidates qualifying the exam would be issued call letter for the purpose of counselling. The scorecard will also get released post the declaration of GATE 2020 results.
